Meet the Team
Daniel Oversby ACPA, BSc (Hons) BTM – Certified Public Accountant
Daniel Joined the family practice in 1999 having studied Engineering at Southampton and was admitted as a member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants in 2007. In 2005 the founder Barry Oversby retired and Daniel Oversby become the Managing Director. Daniel specialises in complex tax matters and handles the larger accounts as well as business start-ups and management.
Amy Snook F.M.A.A.T – Office Manager
Amy is a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technician, after qualifying in 1997. She has worked for Oversby & Co for over 20 years. Gaining a wealth of experience in all aspects of Financial Accounting and Taxation. Amy holds the position of Office Manager, making sure the office runs in a professional manner, she mainly specialises in the completion of Limited Companies and partnerships financial accounts.
Alex Davies – VAT and Book-keeping assistant
Alex has been with Oversby & Co. since 2013 and has achieved her Level 2 AAT. Her prime role is to complete and submit VAT Returns but is also one of our book keepers and deals with our debtors account.
Ben Hinton MAAT, AATQB – Taxation Services
Ben has gained a wealth of experience since joining Oversby & Co. in 2013. Ben is a qualified Chartered Accountant and mainly deals with taxation and accounts. As well as helping out with payroll and general book keeping.
Louise Lane – Residential Lettings & Block Manager
Louise has worked for Oversby & Co.’s sister company, KD Lettings since 2010. Her knowledge of property & block management is extensive, having previously worked in estate agency for 15 years.
Sarah Long – Payroll
Sarah is a chartered accountant and looks after all of our payroll for businesses.
Theresa Toogood – Book-keeping assistant
Theresa joined the team in 2018 and has since achieved her Level 2 AAT. She is a valued member of the team, being one of our book keepers.
